    Yes, the amount varies depending on the property. You will be refunded upon departure if there is no damage to the property.

    Yes, VRL is available to help you with whatever might arise for the duration of your stay.
  • What happens if I only need some services?
    Your monthly fees are customized to your needs and the rates depend on the services you require.
  • Are the properties monitored?
    Yes, your property will be monitored regularly to give you peace of mind that everything is under control.
  • Would VRL help me if I have a problem at my property?
    Yes, the management services include overseeing all processes required to engage, cancel or modify your service contracts such as water, electricity, internet, etc.
  • Do you draw up a property management contract?
    Yes, VRL prepares a customized contract with the homeowner that outlines obligations and rights for both parties.
  • Do you take a damage deposit from guests renting the property?
    Yes, the damage deposit will be held and returned after our checkout review determines the property is in the same condition as it was delivered.
